We offer programs for all ages.  Our facilities are designed to accommodate each program and it's needs.  

 

 

The school age program is designed to facilitate social interaction between peers.  

 

The program varies from quiet individual choices to active, creative group choices.  The child centred curriculum includes a combination of groups divided by age or clubs, which are selected by the children.  To further enhance the program above and beyond the activities and routines, we strive to meet the individual needs of the children on a daily basis.  This calls for a great deal of flexibility on the part of the staff.  

 

Communication between staff, children, and parents will help us to bridge the gaps and strengthen the children's centre-home connection.

 

The preschool program is based on a hands-on, free choice approach to learning. The room is set up to cover many interest areas (science, literature, music, art, movement, dramatic play, fine motor/manipulative) and the children are free to choose an activity of interest to them. Field trips are an important part of our program and we plan a number of trips every year.

The number one expectation Mary Kardash Child Care Inc. has of their parents is a commitment to daily communication with the staff of the centre. It is imperative to the child that the most influential adult(s) in their lives be completely aware of the experiences, growth and problems their child is encountering.
